- White polymer-modified adhesive, notched
- Epoxy grout at the waterline, cement grout elsewhere or epoxy throughout
Grey adhesive shows through the tile and dulls the colour, and any variation in adhesive thickness shows as patchiness. White adhesive keeps the colour true.
